Thread & Press Co.

Custom embroidery and vinyl with no minimum order.

Thread & Press Co. is the small business outfitter: shirts, hats, workwear, and patches made in Rogersville, Missouri. Order three pieces or thirty and they get the same care, stitched on a commercial ten needle machine by the owner herself.

Serving Rogersville, Springfield, and the Ozarks.

No minimums, ever

Embroidered company patches, name patches, and flag patches arranged on a cutting mat

Custom patches

Embroidered patches made right here in the shop, in whatever quantity you actually need. Company patches, name tapes, and flags, with sew on, iron on, or hook and loop backing.

Starting prices cover the customization. Blank shirts, hats, and garments are priced separately, and every project gets a firm quote before any work starts.

How it works

01

Send it

Send over your logo, design, or idea. We will look it over, send you a quote, and help you pick the method that fits the job best, embroidery or vinyl.

02

Approve it

We prep your design for production. For embroidery, that includes a test stitch of your logo that you approve before it ever touches your items.

03

We make it

Once your design is approved and the blanks are in hand, production starts. This is when the 5 to 10 business day turnaround clock begins.

The embroidery test stitch is not an extra. It is how every logo order works here: you see your design in real thread and sign off before we stitch your actual items.

Outfit your business without the giant order

Most shops make you buy fifty shirts to look official. We would rather get your crew of three looking sharp this week and earn the reorder. That is what a small business outfitter is for. Start with whatever your week actually needs.

The starter
A few shirts and a hat with your logo, enough to stop wearing the plain gray tee to estimates.
The workweek
Enough branded shirts to cover the week for you and the crew, plus hats that survive the job site.
The professional
Embroidered polos and hats for client facing work, when the logo needs to look stitched, not stuck on.
Build your own
Any mix of shirts, polos, hats, workwear, and patches, in exactly the quantities that make sense for your business.

Not a business? You are still in the right place.

Personalized gifts and occasion pieces are half the fun of this shop. Baby announcements, wedding parties, family reunions, teacher gifts, church groups, retirements, and the birthday shirt somebody will never take off. Names, monograms, and other personalization start at $10.

Tell us the occasion and what you have in mind. If you are not sure what it should look like, that is fine, that is what the first text is for.

Behind the machine

Thread & Press Co. is owned and run by Kristina, out of the family shop on Dempsey Drive in Rogersville. Every order goes through her hands: the digitizing, the hooping, the stitching, the pressing. That is why small orders are welcome here. There is no production line to interrupt, just a maker who cares that your three shirts come out right.

Easier to text than call? Same number. Send a photo of the logo, the idea, or the thing you saw online, and we will figure it out from there.

Quick answers

Do you really have no minimums?

Really. One hat, one shirt, one patch. Small orders are the point of this shop, not an exception we put up with.

What is logo digitizing, and do I pay it every time?

Embroidery machines cannot stitch from a picture, so your logo gets converted into a stitch file first. That setup starts at $25 and you pay it once. After that the file is ready for every order you ever place.

What file type do you need for my logo?

For heat transfer vinyl projects, an SVG file is the gold standard, and if you have one, send it. For embroidery, just send the best quality version of your logo you have, even a clear photo. Digitizing turns it into a stitch-ready design, so you do not need an embroidery file to get started.

What should I send to get a quote?

A photo of your logo or your idea is plenty. Text it to (417) 413-4882, drop it in the quote form, or email it over, and tell us roughly how many pieces you are thinking.

Should I pick embroidery or vinyl?

Embroidery has that stitched, professional look and takes years of washing. Vinyl is crisp, bright, and easier on the budget for tees and events. If you are not sure, describe the job and we will tell you which one we would pick.

How fast can you turn an order around?

Most orders are finished in 5 to 10 business days after the final design is approved and all blanks and materials are in hand, which is when the clock starts. Bigger orders, special-order blanks, and complex designs can take a little longer. On a deadline? Say so when you ask for the quote and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Can I bring my own shirts or hats?

Yes. Bring the shirts, hats, or jackets you already have and we will customize them. You only pay for the stitching or the press work. One honest heads-up: because embroidery and heat pressing involve machinery and high heat, we cannot guarantee replacement of customer-supplied items in the unlikely event of damage.

What can you put a logo on?

Shirts, polos, hats, workwear, bags, and custom patches are the everyday orders. If it fits in the hoop or under the press, ask. The answer is usually yes.
